About Me.

My name is Jenny and I am here to help.

I qualified in Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2009. I am also a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I am passionate about the power of accessing the unconscious mind to facilitate the positive life changes and goal achievements I personally see in you.

I use psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to treat a wide range of issues and habits which usually stem from stress, anger, anxiety, depression and/or negative thinking. I use the Solution Focused model which supports your own inner resources to seek and harness your own solutions to resolve issues.

How does it work?

​Hypnosis is a natural state of trance similar to meditation. In hypnosis you are not asleep, and in fact you are often more aware of what is taking place than normal. During hypnosis you will simply feel comfortable and relaxed, with a heightened sense of awareness.  I will explain all the steps to you and make you feel at ease. It’s important to remember that you are fully alert and in control during the session. The therapist cannot ask you to do or say anything you are not happy with.
